Welcome!

Hey Everyone!

This is my own little spot on the internet. I've created this website so that I can stay accountable in my weight loss journey. I have a food journal that I will track the food I eat throughout the day, I have pictures of both my daughter and I, and I have a video blog. All of these things you are welcome to check out.

Let me give you a little intro here. My name is Stephanie and I live in Kentucky. I am 21 years old and am currently enrolled in the local community college. I'm only going to school half time right now because I have two jobs. I work at the University here and at a clothing store as well. I have a 2 year old daughter named Chloe.

The program I am using to lose weight is Weight Watchers. I love this program because I don't have to omit anything from my diet. I can eat what I want as long as it's in moderation. I don't see this as a diet, but a lifestyle change. I'm doing this to get healthy. My grandmother had diabetes, so my siblings and I are at risk. I also want to have healthier eating habits so that my daughter won't have to struggle with food the way I did as a kid (and now do as an adult).  Plus, I'm the heaviest I have ever been and want to take the weight off.
